Critical Path Steel Buildings is owned and managed by Quincy Bragg; the company was established in 2002. Since 1976 Quincy has worked as a project manager for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects involving pre-engineered steel building systems. In addition to pre-engineered steel building construction he is familiar with and experienced in all common methods of low-rise non-residential construction including concrete, masonry, wood frame, conventional fabricated steel, and light gauge metal. Quincy understands how these materials work as well as how to integrate them with pre-engineered steel building systems.

Services we can provide include: feasibility studies; optimize use of the steel building system for the project; budgets and estimates of cost and schedule; coordinate detailing and connections between the steel system and other trades or materials; expedite documentation and permit processing; organize and manage the steel building work in the field. Critical Path Steel Buildings serves the San Francisco Bay Area as well as Northern and Central California. Projects have been located in San Jose, Livermore, Pittsburg, Marysville, and Galt. Our goal is to work closely with owners, designers, and contractors to meet the project goals for functionality, completion, and cost.
