Our pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) supplier, CBC Steel Buildings, is right here in Northern California and is an industry leader in customer focused service and scheduling. CBC buildings are carefully detailed and fabricated to speed up erection schedules and minimize delays due to errors.

Along with CBC, we work closely with AEP-Span to provide a complete range of roofing, siding, and other steel components. Other suppliers provide stucco finished panels, insulated panels, doors, windows, ventilation products - in fact, Critical Path Steel Buildings can furnish a wide range of building products and components as a single source to simplify both design and construction.

We work with several steel erectors who specialize in erecting PEMB's so we can choose the right erectors in the right areas to have adequate skilled labor for your job. And we are on the job too, making sure that everything goes right.

If your project has conventional building finishes outside - tilt-up, masonry, stud and plaster - or inside - metal studs, drywall, ceilings - we can work together with you and your design team to detail all these in advance so work in the field goes smoothly with a minimum of questions.
